Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at Oceans Behavioral Hospital Biloxi. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will play a key role in maintaining a therapeutic environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Support nursing staff in ensuring patient safety and well-being
- Perform routine tasks and carry out patient care activities under the direction of licensed nursing personnel
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as laundry, meals, and bathroom functions
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues to ensure continuity of care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare or mental health setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
