Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team in a metabolic clinic. As an LCSW, you'll play a critical role in obesity management, providing therapeutic support, counseling, and behavioral interventions to patients dealing with obesity and related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals seeking to improve their metabolic health, obtain a healthy weight, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address the psychological, social, and behavioral aspects of weight management.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients overcome barriers and achieve their health goals.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationship with patients, other providers, coworkers, and the broader community.
  • Conduct telehealth visits remotely, as needed, in accordance with established care protocols and pathways.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current LCSW licensure in the state of [State].
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in clinical social work, with experience in obesity, weight management, or related health fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT and motivational interviewing.
  • Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
