About BCI Brands

BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets a wide range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through various retail channels under different trademarks and private label brand names, including Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state, and Parker.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our e-commerce photography studio team as a Stylist. In this role, you will contribute to creating visually appealing imagery that showcases our extensive collection of womenswear across multiple brands while adhering to our aesthetic and identity standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality e-commerce, editorial, and still life content with a keen eye for color, texture, lighting, composition, and shape, meeting productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide on-set direction to ensure garments are presented effectively, addressing fit or appearance issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with brands to create comprehensive style guides that align with their vision and identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends to provide fresh styling ideas, working with the studio manager and brands to regularly update the studio closet.
  • Maintain and organize styling inventory, including clothing racks, accessories, and tools, ensuring all items are properly cared for and returned in good condition.
  • Oversee and mentor styling assistants, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow during shoots.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of on-figure e-commerce or commercial styling experience.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment.
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
  • This full-time role requires in-person availability, five days a week, at our Garment District studio location.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
