About the Role

As a BBQ Specialist at MB Murray, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature meats to perfection. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cook and prepare meats according to our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized grill area, ensuring all food items are properly stored and labeled
  • Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
  • Cook all food items to the appropriate temperature and serve in a timely manner
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and make recommendations to customers as needed
Requirements
  • At least 16 years old
  • A valid driver's license
  • Restaurant experience preferred
Working Conditions

The position requires individuals who can see, hear, and speak clearly. You will need to ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds. Occasional outdoor work may be required in various weather conditions.
