About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Program Manager to join our team at UT Federal Credit Union. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well with all levels and departments within the organization. You will also have a strong knowledge of financial products and services, as well as experience in creating interactive and engaging training presentations.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our staff. As a Training and Development Program Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional service to our members.

You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop programs that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring consistency and quality of training materials, assessing training effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective training programs that meet the needs of our staff
  • Conduct ongoing training needs analysis based on credit union objectives and job performance requirements
  • Create interactive and engaging training presentations using innovative learning solutions
  • Develop instructional materials and aids to support training programs
  • Monitor consistency and quality of training materials and assess training effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience in creating interactive and engaging training presentations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
