About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a native level of English and a proficient level of French and/or Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming calls from customers and the sales network for the USA market.
  • Process orders and guarantees to offer customers the best quality in terms of delivery.
  • Manage complaints and claims to offer customers the best solution in each case.
  • Solve transportation incidents to meet established deadlines.
  • Assist other departments to ensure good communication with representatives and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Customer Service department.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French or Spanish.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
