  • Monitoring resident well-being and reporting any concerns or changes to supervisors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic care team.
