Piper Companies is seeking a talented Life Sciences Recruiter to join our team in Cary, NC. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with job seekers in the Greater Raleigh market, matching candidates to job openings, and managing the full recruiting life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with job seekers in the Greater Raleigh market.
  • Match candidates to job openings available at our clients.
  • Post jobs through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review applicants, and screen for technical fit.
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle from initial point of contact to the end of their contract or engagement with us, including submitting to the hiring manager, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salary, checking references, assisting with onboarding, and more.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of recruiting experience for a staffing agency
  • Preferred: Life Sciences-specific recruitment experience
  • Competitiveness and extremely high level of money motivation
  • Coachability and eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude and resilience
  • Competitiveness
  • Willingness to work on-site in our Cary office 3-4 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $47,500/year
  • Commission: Uncapped (tiered plan; more spread = higher commission percentage) Quarterly & annual contest bonuses (up to $20,000/year)
