Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our team at our Alpharetta location. As a member of our skincare team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their goals and objectives.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:

Responsibilities

As a key member of our skincare team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional client consultations and developing tailored treatment plans
  • Generating and building a loyal client base through outstanding customer service and results-driven treatments
  • Educating clients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of each client's sessions
  • Suggesting and promoting retail products and cross-selling other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services
  • Assisting with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, and promoting membership packages
  • Ensuring a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
  • Demonstrating a commitment to the company's vision, mission, and values
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An active Esthetician license
  • Certification in Neveskin or Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not required
  • Experience building and maintaining a loyal client base is desired
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
