We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Elsner HR, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment management
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Managing budgets and financial reports to ensure projects stay on track
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve site efficiency and productivity
Key Responsibilities

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide timely and transparent communication to stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and any changes or issues that may arise
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, preferably in a similar role
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

At Elsner HR, LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
