Structural BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Specialist to create construction documents for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in BIM technology and proficiency in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Layout of construction drawings based on preliminary architectural plans/models
  • Adaptation of standard details to projects, detailing of unique conditions, and coordination with other disciplines
  • Work under the supervision of an engineer and/or senior BIM Specialist

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a BIM Specialist creating structural construction documents for commercial projects
  • Revit proficiency

Project Types:

  • Commercial and institutional projects such as medical facilities, educational facilities, and industrial facilities
