We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Master Pastry Artisan to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the preparation and presentation of high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to meet operational and quality standards
  • Ensure that all products are presented in an appealing and visually attractive manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and achieve excellent guest satisfaction

Salary:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
