The Role

This pivotal position involves working closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes, adhering to industry standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining compliance with production procedures and protocols
  • Ensuring adherence to GMPs and quality control measures
  • Managing documentation and reporting for beginning and end-of-shift activities
  • Setting up and operating equipment for changeovers and line-specific needs
  • Collaborating with the production team to standardize procedures and improve line efficiency and product quality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs
