We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/X-Ray Technician to join our team at New Leaf Staffing, Inc. in Century City, CA. As a Medical Assistant/X-Ray Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting with medical procedures in a fast-paced back office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Room and vital patients according to the day's schedule
• Administer injections and blood draws, assist with minor office procedures, and perform x-rays (mainly chest)
• Stock and clean exam rooms and nurses' station
• Answer phones, scheduling further testing, retrieving test results/imaging, and handling front desk overflow
• Complete requisition forms for sample pick up and scanning
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous medical experience required
• Medical Assistant Degree
• Certified X-Ray Technician
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and provide positive customer service skills with clear and articulate phone mannerisms
What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of $27-$30
