About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, utilizing your exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document patient information accurately.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
  • Teach and train family members on patient care and health promotion.
Requirements
  • Eligible good-standing LVN license for the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Pediatrics experience is beneficial but not necessary; we offer excellent training programs for all nurses.
