Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Financial Manager to join our team at Link Consulting Services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the financial aspects of our programs, ensuring their success and profitability.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with experience in program cost and schedule management practices, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end program financial support, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Establish program budgets and manage all aspects of financial planning and operations, with a focus on delivering financial plans and improving cost and compliance controls.
  • Manage revenue, direct cost, and profit forecasting and analysis for assigned segments and/or product lines.
  • Work closely with program managers to ensure programs meet required financial results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and review program EACs, financial reports, and ensure profit rates for contracts are properly reflected.
  • Assess risk and opportunities in support of EACs, revenue, and IBT projections.
  • Prepare cost analysis for proposals and standard products.
  • Support the development and implementation of company-owned inventory processes, procedures, production plans, and reporting.
  • Generate and analyze customer-required reporting for program financial status and earned value reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of DoD program cost and schedule management practices or similar SOX compliance regulations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with high priorities and produce quality results in a tight timeframe.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external management and personnel.
  • Clearly communicate and present data, both in writing and verbally.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis/reporting, EVMS techniques, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR/DFAR, proposal pricing, and applicable government billing systems (WAWF).
  • Knowledge of accounting, contracts, and subcontracts procedures.
  • Experience working with GAAP and project management tools such as Costpoint, TM1, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exemplary ethics and business conduct, with a commitment to safe work practices.
  • Able and willing to work onsite in Camarillo, CA.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
