Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist for Infusion Systems, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and protecting our installed base of infusion devices. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and protect our installed base of infusion devices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing managers.
  • Provide product training and support to our customers, including product demonstrations and technical support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
