About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our Housekeeping team as a key member responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

You will work closely with our Housekeeping team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
  • Ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.
