WhiteCap Search is seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a busy pediatric practice. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside a pediatrician who is transitioning to a part-time role, providing high-quality care to newborn patients up to 20 years old.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat patients, with the support of a nurse and staff who handle vitals, charting, and prescription ordering
- Work collaboratively with the pediatrician to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage a caseload of approximately 4 patients per hour for sick visits and 3 patients per hour for well visits
- Current licensure as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Experience working in an outpatient pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
