Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Scheduling Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage client schedules with ease and efficiency
  • Organize and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with staff and pet owners to ensure smooth operations and happy clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Animal lover with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on organization, attention to detail, and technical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
