Licensed Clinician

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, with a corporate headquarters in Fredericksburg, VA.

We are currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Boston, MA. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who share our mission of helping people live happy, successful lives.

Our compensation package includes up to $74,500 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. This position requires licensed clinicians to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week and work collaboratively as part of a team. Ideal candidates will possess strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care, as well as a self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles or supervisory positions.

• Licensure: All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts: LICSW or LMFT or LMHC, Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Location: Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
