Role Overview

Licensed Mental Health Clinician sought for a fulfilling position at Crotched Mountain School & Village.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct and indirect therapeutic interventions to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.   • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children in their natural environments.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans.
  3. Provide training and coaching to staff and caregivers to ensure successful plan implementation.
  4. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic care.
  5. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, behavior analysis, social work, or a related field.
  • Professional licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) preferred; dual licensure or experience in developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Experience in therapeutic services, behavior intervention, and staff training.
  • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and data collection skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
