Amelex is seeking an experienced Senior HR Analyst to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.

**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing program analysis and project support to the Manpower Management Integrated Product Team. This will involve improving workforce acquisition, retention, and development requirements, as well as supporting change management plans and developing strategic goals.

**Responsibilities:**
• Provide program analysis and recommendations on human capital issues, governance programs, and program analysis within the HR/Total Workforce Management Team.
• Manage the internal Human Resource information system, which serves as a manpower database similar in content and intent to PeopleSoft.
• Develop and manage formal task management processes and toolsets, demonstrating experience in independently performing duties and leading execution of tasks to completion.

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of total business process experience in Federal Human Resources and/or manpower positions, with familiarity with federal HR and manpower regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Mail, including advanced formulations and reporting techniques.
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written), with extensive experience in human capital policies and best practices in DoD or the federal government.
