  • Provide personalized care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and reporting any concerns to the nursing team;
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as serving meals, feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting;
  • Safely move residents between wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed;
