Job Title: Aircraft Airworthiness Specialist

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and determining the airworthiness of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts in compliance with specifications and applicable government regulations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all inspections are properly performed and that quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aircraft Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft, identifying any defects or issues that may impact their airworthiness.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all inspections are completed accurately and that quality standards are met.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all inspection forms and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Inspector and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; A.S. degree in Aviation preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience as an aircraft A&P Mechanic; prior Inspector work experience with aerospace quality systems that meet FAA requirements.
  • Certifications: A&P License required.
