About the Job

The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a talented Technical Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective training programs for our team members. As a Technical Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training materials, including user guides, quick reference sheets, and video tutorials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a proven track record of creating high-quality training content. You will also be expected to collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate and up-to-date training materials.

In addition, you will assist with troubleshooting technical issues during training sessions and work with software vendors to understand system updates and translate them into actionable training plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including user guides, quick reference sheets, and video tutorials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate and up-to-date training materials.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues during training sessions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in instructional design and development of high-quality training content.
  • Strong background in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
