About the Role

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta Inc. is seeking a dynamic IT Director to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in support of our mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute an IT strategy that aligns with BBBSMA's mission, identifying technologies that support organizational goals and drive measurable impact.
  • Oversee IT operations, including network security, hardware/software management, and user support to ensure secure, effective systems.
  • Serve as the organization's Salesforce expert, driving CRM optimization to enhance data-driven decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Ensure accessibility of clear, actionable data for program outcomes, operational metrics, and impact reports.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team to foster a culture of continuous learning and proactive service.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships, manage budgets, and track IT assets to optimize resources.
  • Develop and enforce policies to ensure data security, compliance, and seamless operations across all technology platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Computer Information Systems, Business Management, or related.
  • 7–10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; nonprofit experience highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (required), Microsoft Office Suite, and data management best practices.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL Certification.
  • Must complete a successful background and credit check prior to hire.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
