Specialty Sales Manager

At Intuitive, we are united behind our mission: to revolutionize minimally invasive care through intelligent technology and ingenuity. As a Specialty Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of new procedures for the da Vinci surgical system.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic market development activities to expand da Vinci Specialty Procedures Utilization.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for General, Thoracic, Colorectal, and Bariatric procedures.
- Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters to facilitate training and adoption.
- Implement Consolidation Pathway Methodology to optimize sales activities and training programs.
- Serve as the market intelligence liaison for marketing and training teams, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change.
- Proven ability to influence peers and build credibility with a highly educated customer base.
- Effective communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses.
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base.
- Track record of personal sales excellence and management experience.
