Job Summary

Our Detox LPN role is a critical part of our healthcare team, providing skilled care to patients in a detox setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition
  • Take patient histories and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide personal care and support to patients
  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
  • Current license to practice nursing in Ohio (LPN/LVN) or eligible to receive or renew
  • Trained in non-violent physical crisis intervention (BLS) and CPR
