About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Professional to join our team at Mountaire Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care in an industrial setting, performing post-offer physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, First Aid, wellness education, and OSHA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of medical tasks and procedures.">
  • Assist with worker's compensation management and regulatory compliance programs, including respiratory, bloodborne pathogens (BBP), and hearing screens.">
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with department leaders to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Initiate incident investigations and schedule follow-up visits as needed, communicating with Safety and management.">
  • Participate in projects delegated by the Occupational Health Manager and assist with compliance of drug and alcohol testing programs.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required.">
  • A minimum of 2+ years' nursing experience is necessary.">
  • Emergency, occupational health, urgent care, or other relevant experience is preferred.">
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) are a plus but not required.">
  • The ability to work hours of 12:00PM - 9:00PM is essential.">
