Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to join our team at GLOBAL PRESTIGE ESTATES. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing executive support, managing clerical duties, and overseeing bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with our property management team to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management and administrative support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative support and bookkeeping, preferably in a property management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
