Job Summary

Riverside Presbyterian Day School is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to support the school's operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and have experience with Blackbaud and/or other K12 operational software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of student lunches and ensure the office and phones are covered during the school day.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain accurate records of professional development credits.
  • Assist faculty, parents, and guests with requests and questions, and provide a positive and welcoming experience for all constituencies.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a smooth and efficient school day.
  • Manage teacher certification renewal and maintain accurate records of professional development credits.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and colleagues.
  • Strong appreciation for the mission of Riverside Presbyterian Day School.
