Senior Medical Surgical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional care to patients in medical-surgical units.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- A competitive estimated salary of $81,791 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek at $2,008.84 per week.
