Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing branch operations and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past 3 years
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
