Salary: The estimated salary for this position ranges from $70,880 to $88,600, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Leave and ADA Administrator is responsible for performing administrative and professional-level functions for all company disability and medical leave programs, as well as the ADA interactive process.

This role involves leading, educating, and advising the business and other internal stakeholders on compliance with relevant regulations and NAS policy.

Key responsibilities include case management, communication, system administration, and problem-solving skills to select, organize, and logically process relevant information.

The successful candidate will have latitude for independent judgment, action, and initiative within established guidelines.
