**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a qualified LPN - Med Surg to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a RN or physician.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital policy.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
**Requirements:**
- Current LPN licensure in Texas.
- 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a med surg unit.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Salary:**
$45-$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
