We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Educator to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the onboarding of new team members, ensuring annual and ongoing education is conducted for all team members. This includes creating education resources for gaps in practice and performing quality audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of perioperative staff
  • Collaborate with preceptors to ensure effective training and orientation of new team members
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have experience in perioperative nursing. A Master's Degree in Nursing and Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $**95,000** per year, which is competitive within the industry. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
