Parking Attendant Role at Propark Mobility

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

This is an on-call opportunity, requiring flexibility with morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for directing patrons to parking areas, issuing tickets, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct patrons to available parking spaces.
  • Issue parking tickets and record required information.
  • Process exceptions, such as lost tickets or grace period tickets.
  • Complete daily shift paperwork, including recording transactions and vehicle movements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Requirements
  • Able to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have prior customer service experience.
  • Able to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
