We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. Our team takes a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to build skills and maximize independence for individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness.
Responsibilities
Implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with physical therapy principles and practices. Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, and enhance client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required. Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. We offer a generous benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
