About the RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a senior nurse, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services to our residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the health and well-being of our guests, who come from diverse backgrounds and require personalized attention.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by licensed practical nurses (LPNs), state-tested nurse assistants (STNAs), and other healthcare team members.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, following established protocols.
- Conduct thorough assessments of our guests' health and notify physicians of any changes or concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment findings.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of guest care and progress.
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
