Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to develop comprehensive healthcare skills and work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including medication administration, wound management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Connecticut and possess BLS certification. ACLS certification is preferred for certain areas. A strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
