As an Advanced Correctional Healthcare Specialist with the State of Washington, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to inmates. Job Summary

This position involves working in a fast-paced correctional facility, where you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and educating patients on various health conditions. Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with diverse health needs, including chronic diseases, mental health issues, and emergency situations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid registered nurse license in the state of Washington or a compact state.
  • At least one year of experience working in a correctional setting or similar environment.
  • Strong clinical skills, with expertise in assessing, treating, and managing complex health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
