As a Medical Professional - Plasma Donation Specialist at Grifols, you will have the opportunity to work with an international team dedicated to enhancing the lives of millions of people. This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities
This position involves performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will also be responsible for building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction, ensuring donor and staff confidentiality, and providing education on general health and counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Additionally, you will evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, assist in employee training, and administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT. Current CPR certification is also required.
