The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial painting and coatings in a manufacturing or production setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment by actively identifying and reporting potential hazards.
  • Pursue opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the Sea Box Quality Policy.
  • Apply coats of paint according to specifications using spray guns and brushes.
  • Select paints that match the company's color scheme and specifications.
  • Clean equipment and maintain a clean work area.
  • Lift objects up to 50lbs as needed.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
