Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $42.00 per hour, based on national averages and industry standards. Job Description

As a Caregiving Professional, you will provide care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within scope of license. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the assessment of patients and assuring the well-being of patients, administering medications and observing patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments, performing laboratory tests and therapeutic services, educating patients/families about disease treatment plan including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources and follow-up care, using critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision, and following Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, a BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date, and a High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
