International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Paint Department Head to lead our paint department activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall performance and efficiency of the paint department, including quality, maintenance, and personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree or equivalent and 7 years of manufacturing experience in the paint process area. Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, purchasing new equipment, installing and maintaining existing equipment, and overseeing safety compliance.

  • Personnel evaluations and development
