Our Crew Members are the heart of our restaurant, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for people and pizza.

Responsibilities:

* Make pizzas that are every bit as beautiful and fun as you are
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Work collaboratively with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience
* Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift

Requirements:

* Demonstrate a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
* Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
* Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
* Show an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant

At MOD, we offer a competitive compensation package, including $12.50 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Squad Members average almost $4/hour in tip earnings.
