Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $112,000 - $197,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive performance-based bonuses and other benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and education assistance programs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy management
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA

  • U.S. pharmacy-related experience
