Senior Business Development Manager for North American Markets

TEPHRA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling technology outsourcing services into the Transportation and Travel industry. With at least 8 years of experience in IT sales, you will possess a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to build relationships with senior-level executives at leading companies.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by our leadership team. You will also develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-making CxO level executives at targeted firms, drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities, and collaborate with our presales and delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services meet customers' needs.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
