Guam Quality Assurance Manager

Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Guam Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality control plan and ensure compliance with Federal, DoD, and Navy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the construction sections of the project quality control plan, including the three phases of inspection.
- Supervise and direct QC personnel, approving the correction of non-conforming or unsafe construction work.
- Monitor and approve the quality of materials, plans, surveys, fabrication, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and workmanship standards.
Requirements:
- College graduate with a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of experience as a superintendent, inspector, QC Manager, construction manager, or environmental remedial action control manager on similar size and type construction or remedial action contracts.
- Three years documented direct experience in the execution of QC programs.
- Candidate must be able to gain federal base access.
- Familiar with USACE EM.
- Completed the course entitled Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors and maintains a current certificate.
Starting Salary: $85,000/yr.
